The “Le Rondinelle” farmhouse comprises four double rooms with bathrooms (Roseto, Fiordaliso, Lavanda, and Papavero) and two apartments sleeping 2+2 (Gelsomino and Girasole).
At the heart of the building is a breakfast and dinner room with an adjoining kitchen. Upon reservation, events can be organized, such as dinners for small groups, receptions, small conferences, themed dinners, etc.
The entire building is earthquake-proof, using special materials and innovative technology to provide excellent thermal insulation in both winter and summer. The insulation is also effective acoustically, thanks to the use of windows equipped with Stadip-silence noise-reducing technology.
A stay in a family-run environment allows you to fully experience the spirit of a classic bed and breakfast. The entire property is surrounded by a large garden and green areas and includes a parking lot for the exclusive use of guests and a large swimming pool.
Just a few meters from the property is the “Vittorio Fossombroni Reclamation Trail,” a approximately 60-kilometer cycling path that winds through the Val di Chiana from Lake Chiusi to the outskirts of Arezzo.
Reservations are accepted for both weekends and longer stays.
